Full Time Employees
Robinhood offers robust insurance coverage to employees (and eligible dependents) with the option to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance plans. Pre-tax [child care and medical spending] accounts are also available along with a monthly employer health savings account (HSA) contribution (if enrolled in an eligible medical plan). In addition to health insurance, Robinhood sponsors basic life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability insurance plans, and offers infertility benefits. Employees can participate in one or more of Robinhood’s 401(k) plans choosing between traditional, Roth, and after-tax accounts accompanied by an employer match. Robinhood provides generous time off policies, employees accrue up to 20 days of paid time off per year, 80 hours of sick time, and ten full day and three half day paid holidays throughout the calendar year (for 2024). To support our employees and their varying interests, Robinhood also gives several stipend benefits including a one-time work from home stipend (for eligible employees), monthly internet stipend, and an annual lifestyle wallet.
