Robinhood offers robust insurance coverage to employees (and eligible dependents) with the option to enroll in medical, dental, and vision plans. Pre-tax accounts are also available along with a monthly employer health savings account (HSA) contribution (if enrolled in an eligible medical plan). In addition to health insurance, Robinhood sponsors basic life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability plans, and infertility benefits. Employees can participate in one or more of Robinhood’s 401(k) plans choosing between traditional, Roth, and after-tax accounts accompanied by an employer match. Robinhood provides generous time off policies, employees accrue up to 20 days of paid time off per year, 80 hours of sick time, and ten and a half paid holidays throughout the calendar year. To support our employees and their varying interests, Robinhood also gives employees several stipend benefits including a one-time work from home stipend (for eligible employees), monthly internet stipend, and an annual lifestyle wallet.

Robinhood offers a range of comprehensive benefits tailored to the specific country/countries where we have a presence. This may include, but is not limited to, private medical, vision and dental insurance for employees and eligible dependents. In addition, Robinhood currently sponsors life insurance, critical illness coverage, and income protection for all employees. In many jurisdictions, to ensure financial security, employees are enrolled in a company pension program that includes an employer contribution. Robinhood also values work-life balance which is reflected in our time off policies.
